Finance Department, Government of the Punjab circulate a Notification on 22 July 2022 in joining with the Clarification of Status of Many Allowances after Pay Scales Revision 2022. Finance Department distributed the Notification on the admissibility of allowances to different offices on the Revised Basic Pay Scales 2022 Government of Punjab. Complete information are as under:

I am directed to state to
your letter No.TM-I/2-3A(iv)/2019-23/2943 dated 22 July 2022 on the subject
noted above.
This case has been scrutinized and it is hereby elucidated that para-9 of the Finance Department’s letter No. FD.SR-V.2-3(1)/2022 dated 21.07.2022 Government of Punjab is very much vibrant about the acceptability of allowances in question and the same is hereby replicated as under:
“All existing rules/orders on the subject shall be measured to have been adapted to the extent indicated above. All the existing rules/orders not so altered shall continue to be in force under this scheme Government of Punjab”
