Cook's Responsibilities
Supervision
the day-to-day operations of store & kitchen.
Handling
all expected key performance needles i.e., COGS financial & rostering.
Supervising
& training team members to convey excellent ZSG experience.
Deliver
ZSG food safety standards & quality.
Cooking &
Preparing food and ordering food supplies.
Watching
quality of dishes at all steps of preparation and presentation.
Discussing
food preparation problems with Managers and Front of House staff.
Clarifying
and imposing hygiene rules.
Assisting
with the training of staff.

Cook's Skills & Experience
Extremely
interested natural leader who doesn’t hesitate to be hands on
A passion
for food and performing restaurant operations
A
positive 'can do' approach
Capability
to build an effective team in a fast-paced setting
Experienced
Restaurant or Kitchen Management: 2 years minimum (Preferred)
