METI Japan
Internship Program is a fully funded
internship for worldwide students in Japanese
companies. Overseas students are invited to apply for METI Internship 2024. The METI
Internship Government of Japan is presented by the Ministry of
Economy, Trade and Industry (METI). It is open to undergraduates and Graduate students from OECD/DAC countries. IELTS is not compulsory and there is no application fee. Other expenditures like airfare,
meals, and accommodation will be covered by the Government of Japan. All overseas
interns will also receive a stipend for living expenses.
Interns
will be placed in different companies in Japan. If you are nominated as an
intern they will inform you about host companies that suit your abilities and talents.
In 2023, 94 companies hosted 107 overseas interns. The Japan Internship Program
(JIP) will match the experiences, preferences, abilities, and requirements of
the internship candidates with the host company. It is one of the greatest

Eligibility Criteria of METI Internship 2024
- To apply for the METI Internship, applicants must be a resident of one of these countries.

- For Students of University or Graduate School: a letter of recommendation by his/her academic advisor

The intern is responsible for emerging
an internship plan after deliberating it with the manager.
Share in pre-training, follow-up
training, and a wrap-up performance.
Submit several documents,
notifications, reports, etc., before, during, and after the METI internship
2024.
Participate in Japanese
classes whenever possible if presented a permanent position at the internship
host company.
