Kochi University Scholarship 2024
The SSP
program at KUT given a lot of benefits to its scholars:
1st
student’s gives exemption from the registration fee (300,000 yen), entrance
examination fee (30,000 yen) and annual tuition fee (535,800 yen).
2nd
An amount of 150,000 yen per month given to students for research project work and
also support living expenses.
3rd
An amount of 150,000 yen is also given for travel allowance and initial living
costs for worldwide students living outside Japan who propose to obtain
“Student” house status in Japan at the time of entry.

Eligibility
for KUT Scholarship 2024
To be
eligible for the latest SSP Program, candidates must complete the following terms
& conditions:
Getting permission
from the leader of their chosen SSP project.
Students
must be 35 years old or under at the time of registration of scholarship.
Applicants have
a brilliant academic record with strong bachelors and master’s degrees from top
universities.
Students
have to prove aim, knowledge, and research abilities suitable for the selected
research project.
Students
have high English proficiency (TOEFL iBT 72, IELTS 5.5, CEFR B2, CET6).

Students can
send an online Pre-Application request to the leader of your chosen project via
the KUT Online Pre-Application Request Form at least six weeks before the
application closing date. This step of application is very critical as only
