Eligibility Criteria of DAAD
Scholarships
Applicants from emerging and developing countries
can apply. Applicants can check the List
of Eligible Countries for the Helmut Schmidt
Scholarship.
Candidates having a bachelor’s degree in
Social and Economics, Public Policy, Political Sciences, Law, and
Administration or from a relevant field.
Candidates must have completed a 16-year
bachelor’s degree program from a University.
Candidates must apply for the specified
Master’s degree program.
Candidates can apply for up to two Master’s
degree programs.
All applications must be submitted in English or German
Language.
