This special dispensation is to release e transfer orders of teachers on their promotion on awaiting posting transfer and suffering basis already under process and commence with effect from 23.12.2022 to 26.01.2023. I (ECP) direct to refer to your office letter No.SO(SE-I)Misc-2023 dated 23 Jan 2023 on the subject mentioned above. I say that your request concerning promotion/e-transfer of 3599 promoted teachers to actualize their promotions and 2393 teachers awaiting posting transfer on a suffering condition (divorce, medical ground, widows, wedlock), the Competent Authority admittance with the directions that proper merit and objective procedure they should keep in view.
