How to give the best interview?

Job interviews are very important for young people. Of course, you can't predict what your job interview will be like and what questions you will have to answer. It is also possible that the person interviewing you for the job will ask you one difficult question after another. It is also possible that the person interviewing you for the job will turn the interview into a more relaxed and two-way conversation. Most people remember the answers to a number of possible questions. The problem with this is that some young people over-prepare and then respond as if you were a robot, not a living human being. Experts have done extensive research on this topic and found that in fact you only need to prepare three questions in order to succeed in a job interview. You can answer all the other questions asked in the job interview by preparing the answers to these three questions. This report, published by Dunya Magazine for youth guidance, is also available to our web readers.

Three basic questions

In fact, every job interviewer wants to know three basic things. The three things are: (1) Do you have the skills and experience to do the job you are supposed to do?

(2) Are you interested in the job and the company you are being hired to do and are you passionate about it?

(3) Will you be able to work with existing employees as a team member and adapt to the company's values   and environment?

It is true that the above three basic questions are usually asked in a job interview but during a job interview the interviewer can not only ask different questions but can also ask questions from different angles. He can also ask a question from different angles to check if you really know the correct answer to that question.

The meaning of the three basic questions

1. Do you have the skills and experience to do the job you are hired to do?

Think about the skills and experience required for the job you are applying for and evaluate what level you fit in. Make sure you have the technical skills required by the employer. In addition, the general skills required for the job include skills in expressing one's ideas, skills in Information Technology (IT), skills in working as a team member, etc. As you prepare to answer this question, it will be easier for you to answer many other questions asked during the interview and in the process you will not derail and talk about irrelevant issues and topics. Will do When you have to answer such frightening (and sometimes stupid) questions, always answer them based on key skills and experience. I mean tell me about yourself? What are your main strengths and weaknesses? Do you think that you are the best fit for the job? What do you think will be the biggest challenges in this job? Etc. etc.

2. Are you interested in the job you are being hired to do and are you passionate about it?

Every employer wants to know if you are interested in the company and if you are passionate about working for that company. Since you have to show that you have researched the company, you know the essential facts about its strategy, current performance, its structure, its position in the market and its products. And the fact that this awareness has made you so excited that you want to get a job in the company right away. You should also get information about the company before applying for a job. In this regard, be sure to read the "About Us" section on the company's website. Also read the company's website, the latest documents related to the company's business strategy, annual reports and key statistics on the company's website. Make it clear to them that you know them. That way you'll be able to answer questions like: What do you know about our company? What do you think our company wants to achieve?  Why do you think you are suitable for this job? What are the things that motivate you to take action?

3. Will you be able to work with existing employees as a team member and adapt to the company's values   and environment?

This last key question has to do with your personality and your style. The question is whether you are a person who blends into the team and adapts to the values   of the company and is rich in its environment. Different companies have different values   and environments, which is reflected in their different attitudes and behaviors. It is important to know that you can adapt to the company environment and you will not feel like a fish out of water while on the job. The fact is that this is important not only for you but also for the company. It is said that you must do some research before applying for a job. Sometimes it is difficult to get information about the environment of companies. In that case you should state your estimates and explain how you can adapt to the company's environment. A new website is very useful for learning about different companies. This website is Glassdoor. Although this website is in its infancy, more and more data about different companies is being uploaded on it, with the help of which you can know what is the environment of different companies and the experience of working in these companies. How can that be? You need to know about the values   and environment of the company as well as the extent to which the values   and environment of the company are compatible with your personal characteristics, style and attitudes.

When you prepare in this way, you will be able to answer such questions: Tell me how to do your job. Tell us about yourself. What do your coworkers say about you? How can you be rich in our company?

Of course, every interview has two aspects. The employer wants to know if you are suitable for the company. Similarly, you want to know if the company is right for you. You should also consider these questions: Can I make the best use of my skills by hiring this company? Will this company provide me with opportunities for personal evolution? Is the company happy that I'm working for it? Will the company pay me well? Is the company's values   and environment such that I have the opportunity to flourish and live according to my desires? If you ask important questions from your angle, this will make your interview more balanced and you will be able to have a more natural conversation with the interviewer.
