Today I am sitting for a unique "topic". This problem, especially among the youth, is getting worse and worse. There is no doubt that every human being today wants his life to be spent in comfort, ease, dignity and respect, that is, man has become luxurious by nature. He wants a place apart from the rest of the world, even in the midst of worldly affairs. A closer look reveals that this condition is more prevalent among the educated youth. Despite this desire, no one can reach their destination.

Life has to go through strange situations and conditions, rich people are not happy with their wealth ie their wealth is unable to give them peace of mind, educated youth are dissatisfied with their education and degree. An in-depth look at human life reveals that relatively everyone is not happy with his or her condition. The condition is found in every conscious person in the world including me. When we look at the environment around us, we realize that a large number of people in the society do not fit into their jobs and professions, the only and the main reason is that any one of us The profession has come about due to the compulsions and chances of life without thinking and planning. Obviously, meaningful results cannot be achieved in this way. Attempts will be made in today's context to focus on "career planning" for individuals and mentors for their subordinates, teachers for their students and other talented people to play a role in national development and construction. Guidelines should be given for this, maybe some of our problems will be lessened in this way.

We will take a look at what a career is. The definitions given by experts regarding career in their own way to live a practical life means to choose a profession, ie any field according to one's tastes. I want to start a practical work in which there are opportunities to move forward and progress and there are outward ways. Obviously, we have never tried to create such an idea. In our educational institutions, instead of being taught the tricks of education and successful living, it is taught to get a degree and get a job. We have all the "stealth routes" provided for getting a degree and getting a job. And these paths are also taken with pride. There is no effort in any organization to make a person choose a good career for himself. That he should adopt a means of livelihood which is in accordance with his health, ability, tastes, tendencies and conditions, and he can make maximum progress in the chosen profession and in it he does not consider fatigue, anxiety, fatigue, burden and burden but heart. Let him move forward in his "career" with contentment and happiness.

It is important to understand that career planning is very important. Man's life is a constant struggle. Being a noble creature, material resources are desperately needed to fulfill one's responsibilities. To achieve these, one does business or employment. These economic activities are the name of one's career in the society due to one's career. It is recognized and finds a place. Providing resources for the living needs of one's parents, children and other concerned persons is a responsibility which cannot be avoided and it is necessary to take up some profession. In order to get an honorable position.

Everyone should decide their destination in the beginning. Both rich and poor dream of destination, but the method of obtaining it should be different. Reaching the destination requires hard work and the routes and styles of the same destination can be different. It is the duty of man to look at his own situation and resources, to evaluate his own difficulties and not to be intimidated, but to think of making the best use of his existing resources and to use them with certainty. Man's destination is Makkah. Now the means to reach Makkah Mukarramah is by plane, train, bus, bullock cart, camel or on foot. Obstacles don't matter if you are determined to reach your destination / target. The goal is for people to take a good look at the means to reach their destination or to reach their target. Do the best planning. Determining the destination, knowledge of the routes and resources to reach the destination and understanding of the method is absolutely essential. Keep in mind that if a journey is made towards the destination, there is room for relaxation in the shade of a tree, but there is no room for gold by selling horses.
